About our Teachers

Laura Beth ERYT-200
Owner of And Now Yoga

A 2019 graduate of Satya Yoga Teacher Training, LB has since received nearly 200hrs of training in different modalities, such as Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kid’s Yoga and even more. LB utilizes the magic of the practice of Yoga to manifest physical strength, emotional control, and a deep connection with Source Energy as experienced through her own humanity.

On her journey of the practice of the Eight Limbed Path, LB offers teachings that support students both on and off the mat. Her classes infuse unique anatomical cues with philosophical ideas, inviting students to stay ever curious as they embark upon their own journey unifying their mind, body & spirit.
Tossing aside a One-Size-Fits-All mentality, LB has the unique ability to meet each student where they are in every moment, supporting and encouraging each student to find what works best for them in their body and their practice.

“My one goal in sharing Yoga is to honor our own individual human experiences, normalizing the multitude of ways in reaching the same collective goal –
Peace & Happiness.”

Lauren ERYT-1000

Lauren began her Yoga journey at the age of 16, and then in 2016 completed her Teacher Training in Hawaii. Currently enrolled in Purusha Yoga School, Lauren is pursuing a 820hr certification as a Certified Yoga Therapist. In exploring the Self through the study of Yogic philosophies, meditation, nutrition and even psychology, Lauren came to understand that even though life was out of her control, inside she had the power to harness this collection of tools to find peace, health & happiness.
Lauren’s strengths as a teacher are easily expressed in her ability to create a container of love, allowing her students to show up as their most authentic selves, inviting each to drop their masks as “Human Doings” and join her in the art of “Human Being.” Lauren effectively holds space to permit a slowing down of life, inviting one to enjoy each sip of it, staying present with the thoughts of the mind, the voice of the body, and the energy of the Spirit. More from Lauren on this idea, “Yoga is more than just the movement, it is a lifestyle, it is our breath, the life force that moves through and within each and every one of us. I want to help you build up your tool box so the struggles of everyday life aren’t so taxing.”

After a decade of practice, finding a tremendous amount of personal healing through Yoga, Lauren is still amazed at the wonders of this ancient practice and is fully dedicated to sharing this vibrancy.
