Class Descriptions

Mondays at 5:30p - Beginner's Yoga with LB:   LB guides this introduction to Yoga with special awareness brought to our own individual anatomy. Students can expect to leave this class feeling grounded, strong and yet light on their feet!


Wednesdays at 5:30p - Chair Yoga with LB:  Chair Yoga is accessible for all students, and is especially adaptable to those with limited mobility. During this class we'll find dynamic movements meant to build functional strength, balance and core awareness. Students can expect to leave this class feeling seen, honored and empowered! (This class is 60min)

Wednesdays at 7:00p -  Vinyasa with LB:  LB invites you to join her on a journey through our Chakra Energetic System, explored by means of intentional breath led movements. The slow pace of this Vinyasa class rivals that of a typical Vinyasa class and challenges the brain-body connection, enhancing a functional use of the core (both physical & spiritual).  Students can expect to leave this class feeling rejuvenated and drenched in self (& universal) love!


Thursdays at 5:30p - Yin Yoga with Lauren: Yin Yoga targets our deeper connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints and bones using longer held postures. Lauren effectively invites one to find peace and stillness, offering an almost meditative experience, giving one space to turn inward, tuning into both the mind and physical sensations in the body. Students can expect to leave class feeling that sweet yoga buzz!
Thursdays at 7:00p - Hatha Yoga with Lauren: Lauren guides students through an exploration in balance. Unifying the mind, body and spirit through intentional movement and breath work exercises.  Students can expect to cultivate strength, flexibility and mindfulness!

Saturdays at 9:30a - Morning Yoga with Lauren: Kickstart your weekend steeped in bliss! Lauren guides students through a gently challenging, warming class, that awakens and strengthens the physical body, and primes our receptors of joy. Students can expect to leave this class feeling grounded, uplifted and blissed out!


All classes are 75min unless otherwise specified
